At GSK, we believe that people should have the flexibility to manage their life at work and at home in a way that allows them to enjoy both equally. And as a performance-driven company, we care about the results and impact our employees deliver, not the hours they spend working at the office.
2020 taught us a lot about working differently. We’ll continue to work remotely as we fight through the pandemic. However, now that our new site at Bagmane Capital is open, we also offer the option for employees to work safely onsite should they want to.
Moreover, we encourage our people to have a conversation with their managers around how and where they might work in the future in a way that both drives performance and supports personal well-being. At the Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, we have policies that cover flexible working hours, home-working and full-time home-based working. Our employees also have access to online health programmes, exercise classes and mental health assistance and support so they can take care of their health and deliver their best at work and at home.
