Working at GSK
What flexible working arrangements are available?
At GSK, we aspire to create a workplace where people can deliver on our priorities by being themselves, feeling good and continuing to grow in order to help our patients and consumers. An individual’s performance is judged by how and what they deliver, in line with our values, expectations and priorities. It’s not when and where people work, but how and what they deliver that really matters. We don’t want people to choose between work or life; we want them to enjoy both.
We have a range of offers and guidelines in place, and our goal is to give people greater choice over when, where and how they work, whilst still being realistic and meeting the needs of the business.
